Hello. I was browsing older activities. First everything looks fine, but when you open an activity there is no map data. When you export gpx, it is empty. Attaching screenshots and link for an activity. https://maps.suunto.com/move/krsiakmartin/5d3a00e8a6957b25e7bd0937 [image: 1749458096627-img_1550.png] [image: 1749458096672-img_1551.png]

@DrSilverthorn Wow, great insights - thank you! What are your display settings for activities? Because especially running in the woods with maps is something I still have problems with the Race S

Hi everyone, I’m having persistent issues downloading maps to my watch and need help finding a solution. The Problem: map downloads fail to start. Watch appears to disconnect from WiFi after a few seconds, screen on the watch claims maps are being downloaded briefly, then switches to “paused” What I’ve Already Tried: Firmware downgrade - downgraded to the oldest version I could (2.36.18.15774-M-b8142f93) based on community suggestions, but this didn’t resolve the issue Restarted both watch and router multiple times Forgot and reconnected WiFi on the watch Stayed within 50 cm of router during download attempts Confirmed WiFi name and password contain no special characters Used 2.4GHz WiFi network Factory reset - Backed up data and performed complete factory reset And various combinations of the above. The problem persists. The watch still drops WiFi connection immediately when attempting to download maps. Has anyone experienced similar issues or have other suggestions? This seems to be a common issue, is Suunto planning to fix this soon? I urgently need to get maps working on my device. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi! I have an Amazefit Balance watch which does broadcast the HR during a workout or when I activate the HR App on the watch. I am using an Android Phone (Xiaomi 12 Pro / HyperOS 2.0.5.0) and the Sports Tracker App (Version 5.1.7). Strava and Bergfex can connect to the watch via Bluetooth and show the heart rate. I guess this is then using Bluetooth LE (BLE) and the generic heart rate protocol defined in that standard. But the Sport Tracker App can’t connect. The help tells me that it should work with all BT Smart compatible devices. BT Smart is the old name of BLE, so it should work in my opinion. I am using Sport Tracker since years and it would be nice to get also the heart rate into the App to get better calories calculation, now that I have a watch. Using Strava or Bergfex is no real option, because those Apps are not as good as Sport Tracker. BR, Jasmin

@Audaxjoe / @sartoric +1 to both of you I do use the unread button, and thanks for the pointer to the settings. Still seems an odd default to me though!
