So far, no one has responded to my suggestion on the forum. I haven’t received a reply by email either, although given the lack of response on the forum, I didn’t really expect anyone to contact me personally.
At the same time, I also reported a few issues through the chat support regarding the Race2 watch face. I haven’t received a reply to that yet, so I followed up today. I reported the problem again.
I also mentioned the Vertical2 watch face issue, which is quite buggy.
In addition, I pointed out the interval training tracking problems during workouts, as well as an app issue and the need for a multisensor battery status feature.
These are, of course, not related to diving, but they can affect everyone — especially the watch face problems. I think everyone appreciates having a variety of options when it comes to appearance.
So, there hasn’t been any meaningful response or solution yet, but the chat support team does reply — they record the reports and forward them to the developers. I’m not sure why things seem to get stuck after that. One can only make assumptions, but personally, I’d rather not do that.
That’s as far as I’ve managed to get for now.
