@Stefano-M64 I completely agree. My only guess as to why hiking doesn’t allow TSSr (and, therefore, cannot calculate VO2max) is that it can be assumed one might be carrying a large, weighted pack that would result in inaccurate measurements (higher HR for similar non-weighted paces)? But if we can edit our activities, we should at least be given the option to use TSSr if we so choose. Seems rather arbitrary to omit it all together.

I’ve just reverted to FW 2.40.44 from 2.43.12. Reasons: Sleep tracking is underestimating GPS drifting during OW swimming The previous FW was performing better, according to my experience.

It seems that “legs only” drills are still not counted correctly as preselected. That’s a absolutely pointless as that is one of the main reason for using the swimdrills app…!

I saw that there were some new apps, including daily tasks and running drills, other apps like it are yoga poses ans calisthenics. But whenever I run these apps, they are just empty. Only a start button, how do I select what task/drill to do? Thanks.

These new straps are just great, way more comfortable than the silicone ones for me. They are light, can be perfectly adjusted to the wrist size and can be easily folded, allowing put the watch into a pocket when needed. A suggestion for Suunto, add more colours: blue, red, violet …

Hi! I have an Amazefit Balance watch which does broadcast the HR during a workout or when I activate the HR App on the watch. I am using an Android Phone (Xiaomi 12 Pro / HyperOS 2.0.5.0) and the Sports Tracker App (Version 5.1.7). Strava and Bergfex can connect to the watch via Bluetooth and show the heart rate. I guess this is then using Bluetooth LE (BLE) and the generic heart rate protocol defined in that standard. But the Sport Tracker App can’t connect. The help tells me that it should work with all BT Smart compatible devices. BT Smart is the old name of BLE, so it should work in my opinion. I am using Sport Tracker since years and it would be nice to get also the heart rate into the App to get better calories calculation, now that I have a watch. Using Strava or Bergfex is no real option, because those Apps are not as good as Sport Tracker. BR, Jasmin
