@SteffMG76 I’m not sure what you mean by atmospheric pressure being incorrect - do you mean altitude? I believe you should be able to enter a different height but the pressure is the pressure (and changes with the weather hence you may need to adjust the altitude).

@OutdoorMan May it is because I have pace at the top and HR at the bottom. I’ll try to modify it and see if is different. It works correctly for one time after the watch is restarted, which I guess resets some internal state. But it consistently looks like this on the majority of runs. The “flatline” is always at a different HR - sometimes at a high HR like in the above example and sometimes at a low HR. Also, to make it clear the “flatline” represents the time before the beginning of a run. In the above example I have been running for 22 minutes but the graph shows about 40 last minutes.

@BrunoH said in Vertical + Suunto Smart HR Belt = connection issues!: he stretchy chest belt is usually the culprit, probably some internal connection problems. Thank you, I didn’t consider that reason.

@Olaf-Gottschalk said in Bug: power meter loses connection in activity: Believe it or not… I had Polar for many years and that last watch I had crashed almost on a weekly basis. So I am glad to be away from Polar. Garmin, I don’t like them at all. That’s kind of interesting. Is there anything that ties the behaviour between the two watches together? I have a Garmin 955, a Polar V3 and a Suunto Race and I’ve never had a crash in any of them? Could there be some commonality for your use case?

I seem to have the exact same issue when charging with a power bank (even in safe trickle mode) or with my computer usb connection. I am trying to understand if it is an issue with the power source or if it is something to do with the cable / charging connectors? Has anyone got feedback from Suunto on this?

@francesco-boschini On the latest firmware 2.26.8 the actual height appears in mountain biking (trial) only on the second display in the middle left side and the total ascent appears in the upper right side. In normal cycling exercise there is no actual height displayed only total ascent. If you use a predefined route in navigation mode, then you have the actual height displayed as graph in a separate display.

@ibrahim-bayram you can’t load stuff from chatgpt … and to be honest I wouldn’t use it for coaching @ibrahim-bayram said in Suuntoapp not updating external workouts to s9baro: gpt saying develepor mode of suunto app has this function maybe someway to open develepor mode This is pure AI hallucination bs and even if a developer mode exists, it’s meant for developers, not to load training plans. Can’t you use Suunto Coach ? Can’t you find any available, valid training ?

Hello, today we noticed this issue on my wifes 5 Peak. Unfortunatelly it has already 2.5 year so it is not under warranty anymore. And she is light user, and not wearing it while washing dishes, showering, sleeping etc. Only around 9hours a day during working days only and then while cycling/hiking but thats few times a month. Hello, lately I heard some “click-clack” from inside my Ambit-3. I opened it and saw that the GPS antenna was broken. A few days before I opened my son’s Ambit-2 Peak as its battery is nearly dead and I wanted to look for the battery’s specs. So I switched the Ambit-2’s gps antenna to the Ambit-3. But now the Ambit-3 runs into errors (looping into “Connect to Moveslink”). Rollback to the broken antenna fixes that. The antenna is labeled as a Partron ANPP1585F4ZSA, which can also be seen on https://fccid.io/RYP23391/Internal-Photos/Internal-photos-2371063 But I wasn’t able to find anything about that in www. Does anybody here has an idea where to find/buy the antenna? Regards, Chris

I haven’t used my D5 since January; I got it out of the cupboard today to charge it as it’s dead, but I can’t remember how to attach the charger. I’ve searched the manual but it just says ‘attach’, it doesn’t explain how. There’s a red thing on the end of the cable which I seem to recall ‘snaps’ onto the watch, but right now it’s not snapping onto anything - it doesn’t stick to the back of the watch like I seem to remember. Have I got this totally wrong? Please can someone explain in simple terms how to attach the charger?! Thanks

@Francesco-Pagano said in Which UI layout do you prefer? (S9PP/SV users): I voted for “other” because with time, I am getting used to the new UI and I believe it would be nice to just add one more widget to left-swipe. I selected “other” for the same reason. A possibility to pin more than one widget and move between them horizontally like in the old UI would be great.

@Belledonne Recoding and displaying the temperature graph over time would require to take the watch off of your wrist for proper measurement. As this is not very practical, it would not be the standard use case. I have had the need to record temperature over night before and started an activity without GPS and with all power saving on (screen off, no heart rate, etc). You then get the temp graph in the app to review in the morning.

@Tami999 You’re right. According to the watch user guide, the “Do not disturb” mode dims the brightness and switch to standby mode quicker. Still, the standby mode when “always-on display” is activated is still too bright for the night. AND… it’s not possible to schedule a different time for the sleep tracking between week and weekend… today I was waken up… because of the brightness of my watch as I was sleeping later than the end of the “scheduled” sleep mode. With just a bit more finetuning for this feature, it would completely change the quality of the sleep mode experience. I hope Suunto team will read this.

@stromdiddily said in Crossfit training: @Danny-poleg I think it’s a trademark issue isn’t it? This is correct. Suunto watches (starting with the Spartan ultra,I believe) had a sport mode called “CrossFit”; it was later renamed “Cross training” because of trademark issues.

@bobson also agree about the lag. Not sure what people expect or what they think is important. Much ado about nothing. IMO. I’d gladly accept miniscule lag if the battery lasts longer, and that is one of the tradeoffs.

@babychai I see. Well, so far there’s no music support in Suunto watches apart from S7. You can control the music from your phone via the watch, but it has to be in bluetooth range.
