@Freezer said in Suunto Routeplanner: @kemetter on my Mac I have the same problem as @johann.fuehrer with the rendering of 3D model if I press the 3D button but not if I tilt the map with the mouse. On iOS devices it works normally. First screenshot is the map tilted with the mouse, second screenshot is after pressing the 3D button without moving the map. (MacOS 26.2 (25C56), Safari 26.2 (21623.1.14.11.9)) [image: 1770902405323-routeplanner-3d-button.png] I think that’s the ‘Interstellar View’

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos I am missing a ‘no noncence’ any-sport-mode. My use case I swim in a circular pool (this one) and I use my Suunto Race watch to track the exercise. Because the pool is round, there is no pauses, no turns, only continuous swimming. Since there is no gnss coverage, there is no way the watch could figure out the distance. Instead I press the lap button every time i have done one round, i my case per 100 meter. I have tried many profiles, but they all record random weird distances, also when I have set the pool length to 100 meters. What I want is: Every time I press the lap button, the watch should record: ** the lap time ** the predifined lap distance - in my case 100 meter after finishing the exercise, the app should: ** calculate average speed etc. pr. lap and total ** let me adjust lap distances; e.g. if I have forgot to press once, so one of the laps is twice the distance ** recalculate the average speed etc. if distances have been edited Neither watch nor app should try to guess speed during the exercise - only per lap. Other use cases I am a teacher/trainer/granfather and want to measure laps when my pupil/student/grandson swim/run/drives rounds in/on the pool/running track/race track I am driving a go-cart on an indoor race court Thanks in advance

@e6321 I’ve been using sportwatches, smartwatches, and fitness bands from different manufacturers for decades, and only the Vertical 2 gives me this issue. Even the Vertical 1 never caused these problems. I think the hardware has now reached a very high level of precision, just like the algorithms that interpret the signals. However, the additional customizations introduced at the software level to improve data representation may be adding noise — or removing noise — from the signal.

@Dieter1960 is it iOS you are using with Apple Health? maybe other devide saves data into Apple Health and then Suunto takes those data out from there?

I have been experimenting with wearing a different watch to see if it’s a common issue, but this rash is keep coming back after switching back to SR2. At this point I am starting to think it’s an allergic reaction to some material on the watch itself.

@BenMorbihan Salut, j’ai reporté exactement le même probleme, c’est très frustrant. For english speakers: he is mentionning the issue I also reported of the watch randomly beeping and buzzing for no reason (nothing showing on screen), several times per day when the watch is not being used. Its not : background connection to HR belts or anything else (it happened no in vicinity of such tools) GPS fix (it happened inside where no GPS can be found) movment /overall activity related (it happened when static, when walking) battery related (it happenend at various battery state) time related (it happens at seemingly random time and date)

This is not an issue with Coros, but an issue with the Suunto run (I have the same issue with a Polar hr sensor). They admitted it when I emailed support and said they’ll look into it (that was a couple of months ago),

@zagazoo I emailed Suunto support. At first I got a generic response, then when I insisted I got a slightly less generic one (they told me I should buy the Suunto hr strap lol), and finally the third time they said that indeed there is a compatibility issue on Suunto’s side and that they’ll look into it. You should nudge them too.

@NO-DECO No, I keep the old Mares Smart Air as it integrates well with the SSI app and I read that the is no number of dives in the Suunto app. Maybe this is fixed already?

Fortunately, it’s not like Garmin, where they advertise a million unnecessary features and users get badges even for sleeping…

@hhouter Thank you for this update. 🫶 In case of problems while updating Nautic: -Make sure the Nautic is connected to charger -Make SURE the power save function on the phone is OFF since it interferes with the app in a serious way in my case. Probably has to do with the power save function settings of the Suunto app. If it still fails, try turning off and back on the WIFI and BT on the phone. After reconnecting the process should resume. In my case i see the percentage increasing at least every minute. (Samsung s21 ultra) First bug or disfunction: In the dives of the divelogbook the diveprofiles are gone or don’t show.

@Ckn1010 If you init a running activity with Free mode and config one screen with lap fields, I think it is exactly that you want.

Finally, almost in my case, this problem is corrected in the last beta version.
