Seem to remember coming across this issue in the past. The info around this back then was: It has to do with privacy settings on the Suunto side, workout has to be either be public or the activity should have been shared via the “share link to activity” option.

@ChrisA it might take days, because I charged them today. But I need the watch because I train regularly P.S. Suunto disappoint me more and more for the last month - unsuccessful 2.39.20 and now this.

@brucey09 depending on platform you can try to sync back to Suunto App with RunGap(iOS). Just be aware that it will only sync once app - not back to the watch. There are similar apps for Android but someone else will have to suggest that. This is all assuming the part recorded by the bike can be exported and consumed by RunGap.
