I switched to a Google Pixel and Garmin, Bryton and Suunto paired and stayed connected in the first attempt (with all apps active at the same time) without any issues.

Looks like bug to me. Can this be repeated?

I’m thinking more of bad syncing rather than a bug,I will swim in open waters this weekend and see if this happens.

I wish there would be a hacker community around smartwatches. If it’s a JTAG port, there might be fun things to do with this port.

and uploaded the service note from my previous repair together with the photos of the watch/error. Replacement/repair took about 3 weeks.

@wmichi Agreed! I must admit that I was ready to let go some extra cash for the solar charge and buying the Vertical, letting go the slenderness and sweet spot of features of the 9PP. Today with the 9PP the quick charge has proven to be very convenient in a very much “real life” way.

no. There is a timeout when the watch is not moved for a certain amount of time to hidle the screen, but it is turning on as soon as moved (like reposing on a shelf). But as you are wearing it, you may move it, and display is still on.
