Battery draining too quickly
-
@ruisg you may want to do a battery recalibration. After a firmware update battery drain is common so
discharging completelyuntil charge icon shoes up and then charging to 100% will reset the battery consumption. -
@ruisg
please double check screen backlight settings, too -
@ruisg S9PP here as well and I do not see any regression on battery
-
@cjanevate Good for you.
-
@freeheeler Thanks for your suggestion.
-
@Todd-Danielczyk I didn’t know about this battery calibration procedure. I will try this procedure. I just hope I don’t run out of 0% battery on the mountain trail!

-
@ruisg
Do not drain it completely, around 2% you should get an alert to charge it and no more watchface. Do it
-
@sartoric I completely forgot that the watch holds “some charge” (in this case 2%) and should have stated until the charge icon shows up.
Thanks for clarifying the percentages!

@Todd-Danielczyk
Should be 2% or 5% … anyway the icon shows up
-
Pls check airplane mode
I have to go into the settings, connectivity, to activate the airplane mode for real, and to cut the bluetooth connection to the iPhone.
But the airplane switch in the control panel has no effect. Regardless of whether you switch it on or off.
