@MartinZ and if you think 44 is correct and you desperately want to have the watch show this exact value, then just lower the value of your upper Zone 4/lower Zone 5 until the watch shows you 44, as said before. Then your anaerobic threshold HR is messed up, but that’s how the algorithm works.

@halajos no photo, it’s at bottom of screen, it’s small. I use the watch 24/7, and train 6-7 days per week

thanks - I know an external HR belt is an option, but my race s is very accurate for all other sports. It just fails entirely for the indoor cycling app. Hoping someone has some suggestions for that.

SUUNTO VERTICAL i am having the same issue for over a week, i cannot end any activity with out doing a soft re-set. as far as i can tell my software is up to date. can anyone help please

@dani_degi Yep I was expecting to be able to calibrate the HT to avoid entering the distance, but in any case it is not the way I use my HT now, I import my activity from my app into suunto and correct the TSS value using the one from Training peaks (as imported app did not use the zone to calculate TSS) I prefer this way in order to have also elevation data in the activity

i wear HRM PRO withouth problems in ZONE SENS with my Race 2… shows details after 10min running…-. more stability than the Sunnto Heart Strap… (left 3x connection… ZWIFT and running …)

Indeed no VO2max for cycling even with power meter. For walking activities, I use Hiking sport mode and do not have vo2max estimation which is fine to me. I préfère having it only for running. For cycling I have vo2max estimation from my Garmin Edge unit.

Strange thing is that it doesn’t list Trimix in the comparsion table, but in the specifications they list “Helium”… I guess its supported and they comparsion table isn’t right If it has Trimix Support then I think its the better dive computer than the EON steel - for a much lower price

API for App development would be an awesome feature. For example, found Tennis score app, but it’s useless for actual game (scoring system is wrong). Can’t contact devs directly, can’t fix it myself. Some sort of github with open source and community help would solve the problem and would not hurt stability. System level access to developers is risky, but for simple apps with open source - I see no harm. Such customization would greatly improve trust in a company and add actually useful stuff for all of the users.

@chandan There also needs to be a facility to edit the start/stop sleep time - a slow morning in bed registers as an extra 30-60+ minutes of sleep when the heart rate was no longer aligned with the sleeping heart rate pattern.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos I got another finding for you, Dimitrios: You stated in a post before that when disconnected, power should show “–” and not 0… Well, that is actually not true. Tested it with my Kickr Bike! While connected and doing a workout, I stopped cycling and unplugged the bike and took off my heart rate strap. Well, the HR showed “–” like you described, but power happily just shows 0 even though there definitely is no power meter online anymore.
