Probably not, this is a playing field for users, not a support forum. As for support, I have to say, my experience was rather poor. Yesterday, I finally found the point in the app. However, it redirected me to the website. I was already there, but the chat button isn’t visible on the desktop. So you have to use your smartphone, which makes writing difficult. Then I couldn’t send a picture—the link was dead. Eventually, I did get help with my defective Smart Sensor, but one follow-up question was lost because the chat timed out. I wanted to report the problem with sleep tracking, but it’s pointless there.
To put it briefly, the support chat is not a channel for describing a problem or situation in detail, but I just saw that the support contacted me via email afterwards
