@herlas Thank you for these details, I counted my Assioma pedal equipment and it is unfortunate that the Run does not record the cadence. Have you used the training programming in walking class? New branch of software is a bad idea. Same problem as with firmware - less frequent updates due to complexity. I see no issues using Ocean both for diving and other activities and all logged in a single app. Besides, lots of features like maps, notifications are universal to activities so having two separate apps would be worse than frequently updated one.

ah okay, thanks for the replies. That is unfortunate. It happened twice already that I didn’t manually switch to the other device (i switch between the two every day so they can properly dry before I use them again) and I only got pulse based heart rate without zonesense for the activity.

@Sergei-Ladeishchikov Thanks for your comments. In the meantime I sent the watch to the Suunto Service Center, as it was still under warranty. Three days later I got the replacement - that was fast and a great service!

Morning report appears reliably, but I can’t find the setting to disable it.;o) Btw I am getting error 503 quite often. The same here. Cheers

@Ger43 I have a Race 1 (and Race 2)… the Race 1 has been great, with none of the distance loss / trimming of the Race 2. Lots of comparisons of features online, but from my practical experience, what I’m most concerned about is accurate ascent/descent, and accurate distance. The Race 1 is great in these regards.

@Olaf-Gottschalk if it is not too long ago, can you send logs from SA and PM me your account email with date and time this happened plus when you sent the logs?

@Audaxjoe I agree with you. The best would be choose one option in the setting menù of activity. Like this for the handlebar bike/mtb use insn’t usefull. One compromise would be to choose (with option) to stop the display brightness to the first step after 8 sec without AOD. Would be a solution for bike activity where you use the watch on handelbar.

Did you remove/disable the message widget?

Search the forum, it was written recently that Ocean is not dead. But saying when something will be out, the answer is the usual one…
