@thanasis For me it’s about 9% per day without training.

@nmiguelrf I don’t remember well whats was the reason but this was in the watches (Spartan for sure and even early firmwares for the S9B, but I do not remember well) and had some downsizes too, so they switch to determine the zones using the phone. I think that if you search in the forum you can find some threads about this. So, you have to sync your phone to get the correct zone in your watch. BTW, for me it is ok how it works now.

@Milan-Šádek Thanks for confirming! I was actually worried about losing my physiological metrics like HRV baseline and training load history (coming from a Garmin background, a hard reset usually wipes all that training status data). But since Suunto stores all these trends in the cloud/app, I feel much safer doing it now. I’ll go ahead with the factory reset tonight to clear out whatever is blocking the sync, and then reinstall my offline maps. I’ll let you know if it successfully fixes the “My Plan” workout sync! Thanks again for the help.

@Hugues78fr you can paste pictures on a laptop. On a phone or tablet it doesn’t work on this forum.

From support (email) today: Quote: Our technical team has confirmed that the watch may crash under heavy usage. They have identified this behavior and are working on optimizing it in a future software version. In the meantime, we recommend the following temporary workaround: Reduce the use of high-energy Suunto applications when possible. Restart the watch before starting your exercise or activity. These steps can help improve stability until the optimization is included in a future update.

@Thomxs_ 1: The main widgets menu does not loop, because you enter it through scroll up swipe, or crown rotate. Down enters the Sport modes list. So how would you make it loop without changing the control logic? Other menus, e.g. Settings, are linear as well, but I don’t see that as a problem when you have a digital crown and a touch screen available to quickly navigate the menu structure. One can also argue that looping text menus can be perceived more complex and confusing due to infinite length. 3: Under specific alarm, use Repeat > Customize to select days, then scroll back up and press Select 5: Available in the watch under Progress widget

@sindavide said: @elbee I largely agree with you. The point is that we pay for those functions, so Ikd expect them to work in an acceptable manner I would rather not pay for functions that perhaps may sound useful but in real life aren’t (either because they don’t work very well, or aren’t how things work or are just marketing bs). But I realize it’s easier to make a watch for people who just want to collect as much data as they can or have fomo, in stead of a watch that is 100% tailored to 1 individual. As long as I can turn things off, I’m make. Manufacturers make the most stupid choices for this. On my previous garmin I could turn off morning report, on my Suunto I cannot. But if I disable sleep tracking, morning report is also disabled. (End result is great, the way to do is is stupid). Garmin added voices alerts to tbt alerts, which couldn’t be turned off. It drove me (and quite a few others on the garmin forum) nuts. Sold my garmin and bought a Suunto. (And my wife noticed I complain less about my watch)

@outdoorman, et al. – What I’ve noticed is that… Race 2 unpaired from iPhone & powered down Re-paired, synced, etc. with no sticky notifications Went for run this morning (first activity since re-pairing) and sticky notifications are back, even though no phone with me during run; activity saved post-run before getting in range of phone for sync, notifications, etc. Others’ experiences the same or similar? Debating whether or not to unpair/re-pair with phone as it seems like quite the hassle just to avoid the stickiness. Regardless, I hope Suunto has seen this thread or been otherwise made aware of the issue and has a fix with next update.

@Squirrel Thanks a lot for the clarification! That actually makes much more sense now. I’ll record my CTL, ATL, and TSB values for the next 2–3 days and compare them to see if the numbers match yesterday’s CTL − ATL. Thanks again!

@pavel.samokha Hmmm… on iOS i can’t select that. It is not possible to say: strava:yes, Facebook:no, WhatsApp:yes, and so on. That is not supporteted for the Suunto App. (iOS Info in Settings/Messages) Correct me if i am wrong.

@Jan-Krejčí said: @mlakis Unpause and in the activity menu choose “Tour” battery profile, then switch back immediately to “Performance”. This will disable and reenable Bluetooth in the watch and forces it to reconnect with sensors. I do it with Inpeak wattmeter. Wow, thanks @jan-krejčí, will try it next time, though heads up on this Suunto-related people, should be addressed for sure.

@Ldive The only way is to enter that manualy afterwarts. The manual says that you can enter a poi by tapping on the offline charts in the Suunto app but that doesn’t work in my app. Just bought the Nautic two days ago so maybe i’m doing something wrong but i don’t know what. Anyone here’s got an idea?

To add to @sergiob You need to make sure that you’ve enabled Turn-by-Turn navigation in the app at the respective route (same screen where you mark to use the route on your watch)!
