Same experience as @isazi, but then with GPS only selected

I had the issue and reported it to Suunto.

Ensuite dans l’application Suunto choisi quelle application envoi les notifications à la montre et désactive les. De base les sms, suunto, strava, fonctionne bien le reste bof bof. Donc a ta place je ne garderais que les sms. Les appels bug souvent. Before restart the watch, check which app sent you notification. After move to the app, check which app send notification to the watch. Disable/enable only the one who work correctly as Messages, Suunto, Strava… Phone call always bug.

@dimitrios-kanellopoulos when the problem happened to me, even if not identical but similar to the one discussed in this topic, I was using the sensor on the wrist of the S9, for the HR

@tyresej4 sorry for the late answer (lots of work at the moment): The Fenix 6 featurewise is a great Watch, because it virtually has everything you could ask for and if not, you usually find it in the connect IQ shop and just install it… but I found that it just has too many features and you easily get completely lost in it. There are menues in menues in menues … and it doesn’t give you a lot of help in how to use all that data you get from it. It really needs a lot of effort to use it to its purpose and I found it too much for my needs. I still have it since I got it quite cheap and sometimes I use it along my Suunto 5

@suzzlo No, I’m not. It’s just a net from a mobile provider T-Mobile, so it’s like using net through sim on phone. Every other connections works ok, Bitdefender in-out for SuuntoLink and Update.exe also enabled. And it did worked earlier pretty good.

@g287-sf Not a nice one Good F#$%ing Luck. I do not know if Suunto is working on a Track Run mode but I certainly see the use of it and think it would make a good request. @TyreseJ4, why don’t you ask as a feature request, do a search first to make sure it has not been asked.

@bulkan Indeed, it would be interesting if it was integrated into suunto 9 (y others)!

@dimitrios-kanellopoulos 100% agreed. Disabled autolap too which is maybe worth mentioning.

@stefan-kersting so while the activity is going on the watch adds data to the “activity file”, such as elevation, coordinates, HR, etc. At the end it computes some statistics and adds them to a header. What I understand is that in case the watch experience a crash, you end up with empty or incomplete header. Now SA and other applications can compute some stuff on their own, but for some things they rely on the header. This is why you have some data but not all of them.

Thanks for all the information. It seems a Strava problem, maybe because it was aimed towards running/cycling? @Brad_Olwin I was trying the other modes as to understand how would the S9B perform if I was to spend like two or three consecutive days in the mountains hiking without charging. For one day activity, performance mode is brilliant.
