@R-Rubio J’ai le même problème. Une fois par jour (au moins) la montre se bloque avec les messages suivants: “Erreur 1403,1403,1403,1403 Version du logiciel 3.29.34” C’est très énervant.

@Pierre-L I would try and clean the sensor once more and put a few drops of isopropyl alcohol to displace any residual water and dry it in a warm place. Sometimes drops of water will trap and put pressure on the sensor giving erratic readings. I would try that before I would say the sensor is bad.

@Matthieu-Fou It was working in the past (I did it), no checked with current database structure. https://forum.suunto.com/post/78885 Edit : I just checked and POIs have a key, I don’t remember if it was the case in the past.

@moreusernameftw in the app press the little watch icon on the upper right corner (Android), and you will find the sport mode customization in the screen, after the S+ apps and guides.

@Igor-Horvat no, they will not, the Suunto 9 and 9 baro are not produced, sold, or developed anymore.

[image: 1735919627733-screenshot_20250103-114919_suunto.jpg] An example of an interval training summary in the Suunto app and the explained problem. Total training was 16k. And I did 4x7min and 1x 4min interval training.

@Danny-poleg Thanks for the help, but I had already done that. After connecting to Suuntolink, the information visible in the photos appears. And in the end the clock stays the same.[image: 1734801294038-20241221_165721.jpg] [image: 1734801306848-20241221_093519.jpg]

@Yes_MrFranco I had a SB 9 for 3 years with no issues whatsoever using the supplied cable, a 3rd party cable and a 3rd party charging stand… The only thing I noticed was that the magnet in the 3rd party cable was not as strong.

@brugglyn yes, the function is still missing. One year ago I complained to Customer Care, but it is still missing. Very disappointing that a LIFE-SAVING feature is not important to Suunto.

@miriandfit I was persistent in my discussions with Suunto’s online support, seeking a complimentary repair for my watch. They offered a 10% discount code for their online store or the option to send my watch to Finland, with the understanding that I might have to cover shipping costs if Suunto didn’t acknowledge a hidden defect. Ultimately, I chose not to send it in for repair, as the watch is still functioning. I hope my experience is helpful to you.

@TyreseJ4 I think my watch is starting to do much of what you describe. Yesterday it crashed just seconds after starting a cycling activity with HR, Power, and Speed sensors paired. Note that I did not enable the Di2 Suunto+ App as it would most probably crash the watch. Result? The watch crashed and soft reset anyway This had never happened before (crash without a Suunto+ App enabled). At this point, I have started to think that there is a software+hardware problem which I won’t debug for Suunto, since it is obvious that they do not care either. 25 days since I reported the problem, not a single answer. Whenever my Suunto 9 dies, it will be my last Suunto, and I will make sure that everybody in my sport/scuba diving circle is aware of it. And you might think that after recent events, they would not like to be in a position where they are loosing customers that have been around for decades… Go figure!
