the watch won´t turn on

Good morning. I need your help.
On my suunto 9 baro, an arrow and 3 dots appeared.
I already connected it to the sunnto app, but nothing happened. I already tried hard reset and nothing happened either.
Can you help me solve the problem.
Any help is welcome.

You need to install Suuntolink on your computer and only then connect it to the computer using a charging cable and follow the instructions. -
@Danny-poleg Thanks for the help, but I had already done that.
After connecting to Suuntolink, the information visible in the photos appears.
And in the end the clock stays the same.
