@claudiotereso it seems that I also updated after activity, I could not notice it, because I was running early in the morning. after restarting the watch, while TSB on the dial is relevant on the second day without any activity. Let’s see the behavior in the future. And yes, at the moments when TSB, CTL and ATL were for yesterday, the watch was synchronized with SA several times. I’m observing)

I’am a Suunto Race user from germany and I can confirm that one of the last software updates also happened in the middle of the night and woke me up with a super bright display (like the flashlight app). After installing this update my watchface went back to its default settings, so that I had to reconfigure it again. I don’t know if there was a good reason for that or if it was a bug.

@timecode thank you! but I’m not sure it works well in Italy. The partners are a bit weird like Moorwand. Did anyone in the forum use it in Italy?

@Highlands My Race got replaced with a new one (under warranty) which I got on Tuesday. Went pretty fast. Everything’s going great with my new Race.

@Tami999 Yes I did. That didn’t fix it. Suunto replaced the watch under warranty. The new one has been fine so far… but only time will tell.

I have the same issue, since friday. I make the update thursday : 2.40.38 on race S. HR measures stopped twice around 10-20 minutes until I restart each times. Yesterday, exactly the same : it stopped around 15-20, i don’t restart. I decided to reset, yesterday… This morning, my watch crash I start, twice a cycling activity. On the third attempt, it was entering “safe mode”. It work fine and same problem, HR crash…

@Ghost often yes, but you can’t blame the user when an app is not generating graphs, can you?

@Mff73 This is what I do as well. Issue is pretty easy to reproduce, and I have been dealing with it for a couple of years now. Fortunately, updates are not too often… I would expect the fix is easy (as a software developer we know reproducibility is the key). Anyways it’s more of a matter of the development team becoming aware of the issue and having the time to investigate.

@Egika Good point, well presented I’ve just had a play with it & you’re right, there is now a ‘breadcrumb’ option in the map menu that didn’t used to be there so must have been added in the latest software (unless I just completely missed it previously). Either way it’s a fantastic tool to have & thanks for the feedback
