@herlas no. Injured. Whenever I do ride, the issue still persists. I have a different power meter now (SRAM Rival) and when the Race goes in pause and resumes the connection is gone and never returns. The hacks did not help. Sad story. Bad software. Suunto does not care.

@elbee Thanks for your input but I wasn’t buying it so did some further testing. Fired up my old 9Peak & connected the HR sensor to that, exactly the same outcome with constant connect/disconnect so it’s the sensor that’s faulty rather than my Race. I’ve sent it back to Suunto via online service request & as it’s only 8 months old I’m hoping for a warranty exchange

Could you please provide the Suunto Race 2.39.20 (or late 2024) firmware OTA package? Thank you!

@Squirrel I can only tell what I observe. The gnss data is synced right when your watch is connected to the suunto app on the phone. At least, at some point the sync process is saying it is syncing gps data.

Vote for this. I’m a left hand writer and having the watch on left wrist is unconfortable. It would be nice to have the option to flip the screen upsidedown to let the crown face the wrist and not the shoulders if the watch is on the right wrist.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos thanks for the recommendation. Mine is dropping a few meters but then it is slowly getting back to normal. Is this what you are experiencing?

I have the same problem with the values of the alti meter. Really extremely overestimatied vales. I tried already sevytimes the cleaning procedure but it doesn’t help. Really disappointing.

@dr_free Hello My Suunto Race is stuck in “Service Mode”. I have tried all the possible solutions I can find above and elsewhere. I am currently in Lake Como in Italy. Where can I take the watch to be fixed? Thanks Rem333
