    @isazi Purtroppo si, ho contattato più volte Suunto, ma da quando hanno digitalizzato il servizio assistenza è diventato difficile spiegare il problema. Inoltre ieri durante l’attività in bici, al 16° km l’orologio passa dall’attività alla funzione orologio base senza aver fermato l’attività ciclistica.

    @dimitrios-kanellopoulos You are perfectly correct So when I try to summarize … I’m not yet super good It was exactly what I wrote in the above much longer post. For me, both the altitude and the pressure current but also past data should be corrected. After that it open 2 questions : As you said unti when in past … I do not know what is the range kept in the watch … so I cannot answer … it is it only for what it is displayed on the screen, then I will say … ALL … Still something on which I will think … what will happen in case you do a course, you start with a good calibration at a refuge at 1000m with a perfect weather, you arrive to a summit which should be at 2500m, in between the weather changed and now is bad, the watch is indicating 2800m… if I adjust the altitude … and put 2500 m … how this will imlpact the past ??? … Humm finally do nothing ? or adjust only what the watch can display in order to avoid these strange peak effect ?

    In case anybody else has the problem this is how it got solved for me: leave the watch alone for several hours then keep the upper right button got 12 second to have it reboot. For some reason instead of rebooting in firmware update mode it actually booted normally with all settings factory reset. No matter how many times and different combination of rebooting the watch, the computer, restarting Suunto link and disconnecting / reconnecting the watch I tried, nothing worked. I always eventually got a network error, sometimes far into the upgrade process, sometimes immediately. I checked the computer logs for USB communication errors and the like and there is nothing. This looked like a server side infrastructure issue or a bug in the Suunto link app. A very bad one.

And then one for a 10k run etc. Well let’s name it a Race Mode, and just select the distance . I agree with you at the moment Ghostrunner is the best solution to calculate your ETA based on the selected Race pace .

The suunto app recognizes the watch but is unable to reset it. So currently the watch is not usable… What can I do? I had a similar issue recently. Using a different laptop helped and reset and installed the FW fine.

    @isazi Thans for the tip. I did it a few months ago, but did it again now and now it fixed it. May-July is still missing but guess that was lost from the memory since it wasn’t storing it right. Looks like it’s working now though.

    @mdzott Thanks a lot, I confirm this revisit of the screen and enlarging the info is definitivelly for me one of the must have I will have put on the top of the actions to do … but I’m not Suunto As soon as I have time I will create a full HTML/CSS/Javasctipt proof of concept of my suggestions that I will give to Suunto for demo and make available for a criticism … … need some time to find for this BTW with the white background I observed some matter of improvements I will detail them here : https://forum.suunto.com/topic/7110/new-white-background-watchface-some-rqs
