I did a swimming workout. My S9B and SA noticed 1.225 m total distance and one intervall with 1.250 m distance. Pool length is 25 m and I ended where I started, so the intervall distance is probably the intervall distance.

      Anybody else recognize similar failures?

@mitch9 Yes, I have noticed a similar issue with pool swimming.

@mitch9 I think this is usual behavior in almost all watches. It all depends on how you make a turn or if you make some weird movement in the middle of the pool. I wouldn’t be bothered that much about it.

If the watch count something wrong, I could understand this taking your reasons into account.

I have only one intervall with 1.250 m, so the watch counts correctly. But the total distance is 1.225 m. That’s really strange in my opinion, if the sum of all intervalls is more than the total distance. Maybe I’m to pennywise.

@mitch9 and this is both on the watch and in the app?

Could this happens when you push the stop in the last interval before letting to mark the last interval? The watch needs you to stop properly to count well the last length of the pool.

@Mitch9 exactly as @Bulkan said. You should allow at least 5 seconds after last interval is finished. Only then stop the activity…

@zadow Thanks for the other thread! Next time I wait longer. Hopefully I don’t forget it after swimming.
