I do not, everything works as it is supposed to. I would recommend a soft reset as described in the manual in “Service Menu” (link to the Suunto website)

Hello. How do you know it’s not correct? And if you are sure of it, how big is the difference? Which ambit3 model you own? Some ambit3 models don’t have barometric sensor, so some imprecision in altitude readings is expected.

What do you mean by deleted? There’s no delete option in watch itself, did you force firmware update on it? If it’s the later, it’s probably gone. Or did you stop it from paused state, so that it asks if you want to save it and you chose “no” ?

Are you syncing with Moveslink2 or Suuntolink? If it’s Moveslink2 and you did hook up a cable, but your Move didn’t reach Movescount for some reason, you might still have sml file of your Move in Moveslink2 data folder and there are few tools out there that can convert it to gpx.

There’s an issue between Ambits and the latest iPhone. Search the forum for more.

You must also enable Foot POD searching for your sport mode, otherwise you get that reading from your wrist. For app builder it doesn’t matter.

Nevermind - it turns out you do have to connect SuuntoApp to get the option to connect to Movescount…

Now I just have to deal with the unholy mess of duplicate Strava activities its created as my old test SuuntoApp account was still linked to Strava…

@guthrie My wife still use Ambit2, you can sync SA to Runalyze and from there export to .kml, if that is the question.

It does. But on its own terms. Meaning that it will not recognise waypoints in GPX files coming from most ( like 9 out of 10 or so ) sources / services / applications.

But what you can do, is set up a “ghost” running at constant pace as an app, there’s a set of those - http://www.movescount.com/apps#sorting=15&category=7

If you browse though apps section, I you might find few more advanced approaches as well.

The other is total for a whole for a current activity in multisport session - triathlon, some other predefined sport mode sequence or when switching sport modes manually through menus. It’s one of those if-you-need-to-ask-you-can-ignore-it’s-existence things.

This seems to be a general issue on Suunto watches, I did not manage to get my TACX Neo Smart work with all data (power, cadence, speed, distance) on Ambit2, Ambit3 or S9B 😞
Works fine on Fenix6 and my Vantage V

@quackzilla you can factory reset your watch using SuuntoLink, but note that all your activity logs from watch will be erased and if you had some that were not synced to your Suunto app account will be lost.

BTW I also got occasionally lags in the menu, but as I noticed it was due always on bluetooth connection with Suunto app. Since I disabled auto sync and I do manually sync my watch, I have no lags.
