Ambit 1 Restore a delete move

Hello, I accidentally deleted a move on Ambit yesterday before I uploaded it to Movescount. Is there a way to restore the move?

What do you mean by deleted? There’s no delete option in watch itself, did you force firmware update on it? If it’s the later, it’s probably gone. Or did you stop it from paused state, so that it asks if you want to save it and you chose “no” ?
Are you syncing with Moveslink2 or Suuntolink? If it’s Moveslink2 and you did hook up a cable, but your Move didn’t reach Movescount for some reason, you might still have sml file of your Move in Moveslink2 data folder and there are few tools out there that can convert it to gpx.
