@soudabeh-shahrah try pushing the upper right button for about 12 seconds. If that doesn’t work, put the watch on the charger for a while and try again. Still nothing…then I suggest to contact Suunto support.

@Antoine with suuntolink and with this (never tried myself though). But it is a shipping mode, and maybe it will reset your watch (need confirmations from one who know)

@Arnaud-Lclr Hi,thanks for reply. Thing is that belt is using value which was last recorded by the watch. As I understand from support,vo2max from belt could be seen in SA,not on watch. I expect when I do walk/run,that value will change( no matter in what direction).

@Ars-Vitae yeah, sorry for confusion, lost in translation. I mean, accelerometer can detect new lap only when you are swimming (free style, crawl, medley, whatever…) If your hands are still, like for example during kick drill or some rotation drills, acceleromateer cnnot detect new lap…obviously…hand is still… hope I explained it better now…

@TiagoSPM I would say no. I do not think the hardware will support the HRV collection and calculation performed on the 9PP/Vertical/Race. Those three watches have similar hardware. The 9 Peak and 9 Baro have similar hardware and are not compatible with the current firmware for the first three watches I mentioned.

@zadow yes, sorry, I meant on watch, pairing it to Zwift/Rouvy I get all data from trainer (powered, cadence, speed).

@jimmyG78 Just thinking out lout. Do you see an option to enable / disable Feeling in the activity settings before you start the activity? Maybe it’s disabled for that activity.

Got the same problem. It is intermittent (worse when cold). But, it is possible to operate the watch with touch. So, this is certainly not a s/w problem. You can swipe left to select the activity and i think i managed to start it with just pressing on the screen. Still a question: does washing it help?

My daughter’s Honor Band refused to charge. I put the band to freezer for a few hours and it started charging again. Just a thought!

@TiagoSPM it’s not always up to companies, but also up to customers. do we really always need the latest stuff? I think there is a demand for having AMOLED and of course some people like to operate their watches by a crown. it’s the companies who develop and offer this kind of equipment to meet market requirements. but in terms of sustainability it’s also up to us to question ourselves: do I need it? it’s not only a companies task to meet sustainability goals, but also customers. not only watches, also phones, cars, bikes, skis and not to forget functional clothing

Yesterday I tried my son’s cheap and fairly old Garmin Forerunner 45 and it does it pretty well! Such a shame! This is something that should be addressed!
