Suunto 9 Baro - Rise to Wake

I having problem setting rise to wake, its no stable, sometimes function but usually not

I also confused about the option

What the meaning of high, is it the sensitivity or need to rise your hand high.

Also for low, is it low sensitivity or you just rise low the screen will wake.

Off option is to off the function is it correct.

@dzaziz Low and high refer to backlight intensity, not sensitivity of arm movement.
