Hi, I have the same issue, my last run is tagged “not sync” in the suunto apps. I did the last update before the run. This activity is not sync on runalyze and sports-tracker too. Thanks.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos It’s been a while since I raised this issue and you replied letting me know that a fix had been deployed, but the behavior is still exactly the same. I’m still using MC instead of SA because it’s the only way I can get the proper intervals and avg pace for swimming.

Hi,from the on November 4 I had readings for ascent and descent which made me very happy on my Suunto 3 fitness . But in the laste two weeks ascent and descent are without reading again,why?

@Rob33 @Petter_Ekvall As @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos have said in others posts this function is enabled server side and it seems that Suunto is working on something that the function is enabled and disabled depending on their needs and tests. It should come back, I also like it a lot.

@mbartxxx I would ask support for a warrenty repair. The service of Suunto is excellent and they also need to know what’s wrong with few devices. It’s good that this does not happen frequently to more users but Suunto can only fix issues they are aware of.

I had the same problem, wrote several times to suunto support but no solution… After reading several treads on this forum I decided to try another HR monitor and bought Polar H10, since then I have no problem with heart rate… Suunto belt just don’t last long…couple of months and you need a new one…

SA uninstall / install solved the problem:)
