I have deceided to return my watch i really like the look of it but its just not what im looking for i like suunto watchs does anyone reccomend one witha good bright screen and all notifications work

To my understanding, no. The amount of calories burned in a week is not a very meaningful unit for the user. That’s why it shows the the daily averages for the 247 values. For workouts, it shows the average weekly total workout duration, right?

@NickF If you use both app, you should better use MC for notif, as it en ables you to filter app notif, thus disconnect SA for notif and SA autorisation to stay Alive on background.

@Armin-Schmidt Well, you need to have the background service running to receive notifications. It’s the app that manage the notifications, not the phone itself. If you previously used MC the service was running but without showing any icon. If you check the app watch settings (watch icon - 3 dots) you’ll se an option “enable/disable mobile notification” Regarding HR on watchface , that’s not possible (yet)

@Andreas-PÖLZL But apps installed could crash both apps, and cause bad syncs, and also can cause a bricked watch. That was often discussed here. I am on iOS but Android is the same I thing. You can use both apps and the watch. But always be sure that only ONE app is running, even in the back. I use MC to sync my watch to Movescount and Strava, then close the app, wait a couple of minutes to be sure no process is running in the background. Then start the SuuntoApp and sync again. And close the app when sync is finished. Works for months now. Sometimes I forget the close MC or SA in the back while opening the app, and then it just doesn’t work, and sometimes it forces the watch to start new.

This time differences are so bad It changes everything include average speed of moving time. Any ideas?

Can someone tell me if this is still not possible? I have to miss my watch for a while because it is being sent back to Suunto for inspection so I thought I would connect the heart rate belt with my phone. I paired the smart sensor in the Bluetooth menu, but Suunto App doesn’t record any heart rate during an activity.
