@stromdiddily
No problem, but there is as many different titles for posts, and differents manner to describe the same “issue”, “resquest”, “bug”, that even if some of us remember to have read it, it is sometimes hard to find the source.
@pedromslopess said in Suunto 9 stopped syncing with Movescount/Suunto Link after firmware update:
@Brad_Olwin Thanks, I’ll check as soon as I get home today. Just one remark… I’m using MC website to make the activity plan, and then sync with MC app, correct?
After the planned activity is sync how do they show in the Suunto 9 ? A notification, or are they in the any menu?
Correct and planned moves will show when you select Exercise as well as in the Training screen and scroll down from Training Screen.
@johan6504 I’m pretty confident with MC statistics for swimming, it’s just sad that there is nothing in SA. Is the switch to ST mobile worth it (spending the money)?

Too much info.
too much time spent in the underground train today
Ok. So lets take the problems from start:
Route sync leaves obsolete routes to the watch
If for “obsolete” we mean previously synched, yes correct.
Sports mode customization is not available?
Correct. Can’t find a way to get it back.
I’ve not yet tried unistall / reinstall the app
@Jose-Luis You have to do a factory reset on your watch to re-establish the link to movescount. Reseting the app or just deleting the route won’t fix it.
@Dušan-Ković
I think it is a feature/bug.
Better send an email to support-en@suunto.com to make your voice heard.
I am not sure if it is being worked on.
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Incidentally, it happened to a friend today after upgrading firmware to the latest (SSS).
Could not pair with MC. Only thing that worked was the airplane mode.
One more trick on our toolset.
