Apologies => I just copied this comment into another thread (Running lap times not matching watch), which seems to be even more fitting in the description. As I don’t want to add another thread and have not found a better one: I find it is a more than a little bit annoying, that there is (the last three runs exactly) 10 seconds difference in the lap-time of the first kilometer between the watch (SSWHR) and the app (the app is faster by 10 seconds), all other kilometers differ only slightly and only sometimes (mostly a maximum of 1-2 seconds). Running distance is between 10,x and 13,x kilometers. The overall distance and time (etc) is identical.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos said in Start of week not updated on SA.: @Brad_Olwin Hi UK still has the week on Monday. Please select for example finland. I just tested this with the region and works for me Yes it works but herein is the problem as it changes many other settings including currency etc. Here is a photo in iOS of my settings, which SA for some reason does not respect. You can export your files from Movescount and import them into Training Peaks. Alternatively, if you are on an iPhone, you can use RunGap to transfer from either Movescount or Strava to Training Peaks. There is no direct transfer from Suunto App

@Brad_Olwin said in New to Suunto and so many questions: The time to POI or arrival is estimated on the route drawn. That is indeed a big improvement. Thanks for the info. I concur with the later comment on overall this being one step forward and three back, at least as routes and waypoints are currently implemented on post-Ambit devices. @david-hirst said in New to Suunto and so many questions: @Mike-Green DCrainmaker has is product comparison tool https://www.dcrainmaker.com/product-comparison-calculator?type=watch&ids=87895%2C11376#results This may give you some idea, but I fear that with firmware updates this maybe out of date and only relevant at the time of the product review. Thanks. I fear the same. There’s certainly a degree of risk in using that tool, or at least in relying on it, though it’s still useful as a guide.

It has been like this for a very long time, how long does it take to fix a bug like this? And the Sportstracker site also has problems with displaying acs/dsc data where it just shows 0/0 - it used to work OK. I know Sportstracker is not the place to check, but since my moves no longer sync to MC I have no web based portal to at least check my activity in a somewhat normal manner with a calendar and basic analysis.

Thanks for reply! I’ve seen a few posts about it but was related mostly to Suunto9 and/or older app versions. Moreover this incorrect altitude is uploaded to Strava (if account connected). And… I didn’t found any solution for this. Is there any? HR issue - I’m enabling sport mode before I start and I can see HR (sometimes correct, sometimes incorrect) on screen with big start button. Both indicators - GPS and HR are green. Thanks!

Same problem with SSU 2.5.18 and SA 3.59.5. For example on my last two outdoor cycling moves, the asc and dsc in the watch were reported correctly and SA reported the asc completely wrong and the dsc was the same as in watch. I noticed something else regarding altitude … while downhill skiing, the watch sometimes failed to record about 200 m of altitude at a time on consecutive runs. It was clearly visible in the graph. This is the downhill ski move: https://app.suunto.com/move/jakajee00/5c6da0f28bfe5d7ae7b7be7f/ Asc and dsc should be the same (approx 8300 m vertical as reported by the ski-data keycard) as I started and stopped the watch in the valley.
