    That happened to me too, if I don’t remember wrong, I stopped the SA (App Info -> Force Stop) and then cleared the cache before restarting the SA and downloading the maps to the smartphone

    Thanks @Francesco-Pagano. Im using the latest version…yes, there is an ‘interval workout’ option which used to be called “structured workout” and for some reason they changed it to “interval workout” and still use the name "guides’ in the watch itself. I guess Im asking for too much to have this synced with “Target” and “Intensity Zones”, which seems quite a bit more logical too me. If I have to take 5 different steps before I start an exercise and the steps are counter productive (e.g. “Intensity Zones” with the “Interval Workout” hear rate) I find the product not really fit for purpose. Thanks for offering your help, appreciated

    I emailed Suunto support. They suggested the following, which I did: Suunto App → Profile → Feedback → Select the relevant category Add a short description of the issue Attach the screenshot if possible Make sure to enable: “Send logs to Suunto” “Send user info to Suunto” After doing that and replying, they sent the following confirmaiton: Our team will review the report and investigate the issue. If a fix is identified, it will be considered for inclusion in a future software update. Hopefully an app update fixes it, or they find the offending spam on the backend and clean it up.

    Stubborn as I am, I proceeded to factory reset the watch and tried creating some custom profiles again. Like @stolt, I started deleting some custom/old profiles (I assume that’s what’s causing the problem) and, after a while, I found myself stuck like before. Well, at least it’s a reproducible problem (I don’t know if it’s widespread) that Suunto might be able to fix I’m on SA 6.8.13, fw Q1 2026.

    @enneo Yeah, this was broken since September of 2025. I’ve sent in information to Suunto support but all I received so far is the run around.

    @aiv4r Ah! The use of Suunto Coach makes a bit more sense, indeed. Now I have the Coach made a plan for ‘keep running’, only a few hours per week to simulate my taper to my race 2nd of may. It makes sense now! I’ll use this to detemine to train more or less in those last weeks When going to the trainingszone, you can see the six weeks average in your training (seems to be new as well). That might be interesting to see this in the progress graph, or you can switch in views: ‘your plan’, ‘your 6 week average’, ‘if you’re not going to do anything’ or ‘off’. I still wish to be able to make your own plan for the next week. So you can plan a little better. For example. I’m not really satisfied with this plan for Coach. But making a whole new one could be worse. But that’s a feature request. Remember: the bug is not solved yet!     I have reported this previously (some time in 2025) but replying on this thread also. @Suunto Tech Support - The app lowers the music volume for the feedback (e.g. “Started”), then returns music volume to the previous level. This is repeated during an activity for intervals, e.g. stats every 1km. The problem arises occasionally when the volume will be lowered but no feedback is given, i.e. there is never a “Started” message. In this scenario, the music volume remains low, and there are no feedbacks during the course of the run. When this happens on a training run that’s one thing. But this happened for the first time during a race (Brighton Marathon), and it’s not like I could just stop and reset everything! Also meant the whole marathon was without any stat feedback or music…

    @sky-runner not sure I was explaining it but more offering as a suggestion to the 3 second problem you don’t feel like dealing with. What an awesome app we must have that this gets all the noise! I’ll see myself out of this thread.
