@2b2bff this isn’t an issue on coros, Garmin, or any other smart watch I’ve used. I’ve taken all steps to ensure there is no battery optimization happening in relation to suunto.

@SamuelP something strange going on, if you can send logs and screenshots I’ll forward it to Suunto next week

I will follow up the previous message with noting that the toggle for routes on/off watch is still not persistent and a pain to actually sync things over, and has been for months now.

@Horizontal_2 I believe you can do it if you have Komoot and have it linked with the Suunto app. Export it into Komoot and it should appear in Suunto app with turn by turn directions. You may need a subscription with Komoot but I believe you can have 1 area free without a subscription.

@squirrel As for movement direction IIRC Suunto app is using it when on the go, but when rotate while standing on various Android phones and apps my experience were always that it’s unreliable. I’ll double check though OrganicMaps/CoMaps

@Antoine i recognized this bug also with my phones/watches. i think its a general android problem. i have it with different phones and different watches. the ghost messages you can switch off with a notification setting. in the notification settings of the suunto app --> notification categories --> switch off the watch-connection.

@Nelson-Diogo Yes, 100% of my activities are private on Suunto platform, although I make them public on Strava. I also wonder if my activities contribute to heat maps. Looking at the heatmap - it doesn’t appear so.
