  • Indoor cycling not included in Intensity Zones in Training Zone

    It would be really helpful if this could be considered for a future update, as indoor cycling is a key training activity for many users, including runners, trail runners, and athletes from other sports, especially during the winter. Personally, I would really like to know how much time I spend in Z2 during a week, regardless of the activity type. Is there an official way to report these kinds of issues or feature requests to the relevant Suunto team? In the past, I contacted support via email to report translation errors and other problems, but I only received kind of automated replies and I’m not sure if the feedback actually reached the development team. Do the community managers or the moderators know the best channel to report and track these issues, or is the forum the only place to provide this kind of feedback?

    Just to elaborate a little bit more on my own topic, I have started an old guide that I was not using for a while and I get the correct labels “J Lunges”, in the example above. This was not stored on the watch but transferred from SA as I reset the watch recently. It seems to me that the interval training generation in the App has been broken at a certain point this year. I have also sent the logs and I am more than happy to share additional details to the developers.

    @sky-runner Yes, to use NGP would be great. I think the whole Auto Tags has flaws. The classification relates to the Energysystems of the body. Then the only System that relates more directly to that is HR or Zone Sense. In my opinion the only data to use for the tags should be hr and duration for the Energy System Tags . When we have more tags Like for the musculoskeletal System them Pace zones, NGP Zones, and power zones would be valid.

    @Worrachat-C. Try to close the App completely, then re open your App. Now the correct values should shown now. Its here the same since last app update

    @ChicChoc yeah I guess the best way to steer this right now, is setting pace zones and the lowest option of training time available for the plan, so that it cant schedule runs that are too long. And maybe choose a plan like “get fast for 5km/10km” which will have naturally shorter runs. After setting pace zones btw you’ll have to sync first and create a new plan.

    @Claude06440 il y a parfois des écarts de D+ théoriques entre applications mais rarement autant. A confirmer peut-être en comparaison avec d’autres sorties prévues ? Quoi qu’il en soit tracer avec l’appli c’est rapide, donc seule option à te proposer si tu n’as pas/plus confiance : tu prépares si komoot mais tu ré-trace ensuite dans l’appli Suunto. Au pire tu auras juste des écarts sur le D+ restant dans l’écran de guidage sur le profil. Mais globalement jamais eu du simple au double. Quel était le D+ final mesuré ?

    @mando Would be great of Suunto would tweak this. If I need to stop to pee and I forget to pause, the pace graph is basically destroyed.
