I noticed that you can change your age and weight in the Sportstracker app. The change will then also be adopted in the Suunto app for a short time. However, it then changes back again after a short time. This is probably related to the synchronization. @giacomo-laffranchini if the phone does not dismiss it from the watch (as the watch does not dismiss them yet , something that should come Xmas) then they will disappear after 48h max and will be at the bottom of the list.

The synchronization to partners is done by the servers backing the Suunto app. It should work the same way regardless SA or SL is used to sync to the servers.

@drbubo not sure what happened there but we have tested android 12 and should have been ok. If you have more issue feel free to post again.

@sartoric Found the problem for you or future folks.

Maybe software bug or not clear. The Connectivity on the phone has Sync not set to Auto. Sync needs to be set to Auto to avoid the weird above bug. I set the MobileApp to Auto Sync, was able to have the app remember the pairing. After that I’m able to switch the MobileApp to not auto sync, and we’re good.

@dimitrios-kanellopoulos Already tried: reboot the phone, reboot the watch, connect to various wifi networks, use VPN, add photos, change name of activity. It did not help, this activity remains unsynchronized.
I can not add comment to this activity, application says “no internet connection”.
No issues with adding comments to other activities.

New activities are successfully uploading to Suunto / Sports Tracker / Strava.

@shmish This was changed recently. Because the watch is recording water sports in nautical miles, SA is now showing the same units.
Before this change the watch was in nm and SA in km.

I’m fine with certain level of inaccuracy, that’s perfectly understandable, especially that I will adjust the distance at the and anyway. I switched to Vertical from 5-years old Huawei watch GT 2. For the last month, I was wearing both Vertical and GT 2 for every indoor/outdoor activity, just to compare, out of curiosity. I knew my old watch measures treadmill distance within 10% gap to the original one, an I was really surprised seeing Vertical floating between 30% - 10% gap (got slightly better after GPS calibration). Anyway, even 30% I can live with, if after adjustment all information get updated in the app 😁

Working for me within seconds.
Only trouble is if you edit a route in Komoot without renaming it.
Better start a new route in Komoot in this case.
