@Bulkan I always have my GPS set to best accuracy, 1sec.
I’ve tried doing it by time, but I struggle to keep track of the same time whilst sprinting. Running between two physical markers takes no concentration, ha ha!
I know 70m isn’t far, but I want a full on sprint and that is about as far as I can manage at the moment.
I do a 2km slow warm up, sets of intervals, then 2km slow run home.
These particular intervals were essentially a rectangle, with the 70m sprint on one short edge and then i would slow jog the other three as the rest. Rinse and repeat.
