Hopeful that Suunto will include these features in the next update.

Decided to track battery life and here is what I found:

Full charge on 11/10 down to 4% on 11/27.
this included 14 hrs and 13 min of GPS usage tracking 81.6 miles.

This is not my daily wear watch and I have no notifications, 24 hour HR or sleep tracking enabled. I use a chest strap for all activities.

@Datego I actually experienced the opposite. My Suunto Ocean has overrepresenting the steps. I have a Galaxy Watch 4 with me and when I wear them both on the same arm the difference between the two is massive. Suunto is counting thousands more steps and by the distance walked it is definitely incorrect

@lexterm77 yes as a trail runner, this should be a very interesting tool

Today i tried de manual Hill Reps, amazing app while on the fly.But after, in the suunto app,the values are wrong, and why not show more info? NGP for each lap for exampleScreenshot_2024-11-27-17-20-11-894-edit_com.stt.android.suunto.jpg

This value are all wrong, i used manual lap and climb guide with notificações…yes it was 8 hill, but i avg 5:45km/172bmp± not this…

Any tip?

I think it’s not a real problem the wind or the jacket if the sensor whole is stress free for the vertical specifically. Stress free = no sweat, water, or debris ie dirt etc inside the sensor.

i once submerged the watch into the river while hiking and changed the ancent by 1500Meters. it was exceptional for strava that i “managed” such a a fast ascent -descent

Thank you for the advice.
I ran UTCT miler. 34hours on full navigation and with HR strap. Dimmed backlight to low and switched off all autolaps and notifications/tones/vibrations. Climb alerts were on. No SuuntoPlus guides.
Still had 18% battery life left when I finished.

How do you recommend cleaning the barometer sensor? I also have a Suunto Ambit3 Peak and it’s not reading pressure and temperature.
