I’ve also added a new branch in the ESP32 repo: https://github.com/SellA/BoschEBikeESP32/tree/feature/multi-mode Besides the standard bridge mode, it now supports exposing standard BLE sensor profiles as well: Power + Cadence Speed + Cadence Power only These modes don’t provide the full Bosch telemetry, but they work without the companion SuuntoPlus app and integrate natively with Suunto’s internal metrics and training features. For example, power data is correctly used for Suunto power zones, training load calculations, and related analytics. I also updated the integrated WiFi access point UI, where all bridge settings can now be configured directly from the browser: [image: 1779313377850-241b5f60-a758-476f-9131-c1158af2009e-image.png] There is now also a simulation mode that allows testing the connection with Suunto watches and bike computers without needing to connect to the actual eBike. Useful for validating the setup or experimenting with different configurations without having the bike nearby.

@MirageDev Hello , what could be really interresting is at least to have the capacity to develop some widgets that we can suggest to Suunto … up to them to decide if they are valuable or not and get inspired I’m sure we have soem interresting ideas … and at least as not suunto has a “demonstrator” It could be nice that we use it, develop a widget and then “sell the idea” to them Here an example of a widget that I miss in my SUUNTO There watchface are beautiful and the last one of the Vertical 2 … Simple => I do nto want to change it all now … it really great BUT BUT BUT A sport watch is before sport … a watch … And all what concerns time is not so easily to access and will agve deserved to be concentrated in a single For example : I will have been super happy of a new widget where I can go and that concentrate all this below Current Date in big Current Time <-- just in case I choose a watch face with needle instead figure so to offer a digital view percentage of battery <-- it’s also a matter of time : how long my watch can work ? I’m having trouble connecting my Suunto heart rate belt to my Suunto Nautic. My software version is 2.49.32. My smartphone is connected to the Suunto Nautic. I open the Suunto MobileApp, go to Settings, and select “Heart Rate Monitor Pairing.” I can see my current BPM changing in the app, so I know the belt is working and transmitting data. Then I go to the Control Panel on the Suunto Nautic and navigate to Device Settings. However, I only find “Paired Devices” and there is no “Pair New Device” option. I would really like to get this connected. Has anyone managed to get this working?

Comfortable to wear, as well as excellent sound quality and microphone. They are not a runnig sensor (I believed the marketing promises)

Does the Ocean really have all the features of the Nautic S? One thing I wasn’t sure is if Ocean supports Trimix - which Nautic S seems to do. And maybe Nautic S is lighter, but this could also just be the strap Edit: I forgot - also the Nautic S has no Trimix

Bought my S9PP right after christmas 2022, and right now, battery life is low, some bugs like stopped OHR in the middle of the night, connection between chest strap and watch sometimes gets lost, and some other minor things, I think it may be a good plan to buy another one at the end of year. Still kinda hoping for am updated version of the watch and the form factor, because to be honest Race 2 will look to big on my arms and for wearing it 24/7 I guess it will be too big for me… I could use the S9PP for normal daily life and the Race2 for sports, but where is the point in this. Too much hassle.

@isazi Hi, I want to add my point of view. I have Suunto Race and I was testing the connection today, since a big race is coming. Until now, I was not using the HR sensor for races, but now I was curious. My HR strap is unfortunately not waterproof enough to wear during the swim. Therefore, I tested, if I can connect it after the swimming part. Once I ended the swim in Triathlon sport mode, I turned on the HR strap. The watch beeped and the strap seemed connected. But, when watching the HR, once I removed it from the wrist, HR vanished. This means, even if the sensor is apparently connected, it still shows the HR data from the watch optical sensor. That’s what I am asking: Is it possible to somehow change the settings to show the HR from the strap rather than watch? Thanks!!

Same here for 3 divers in my club. The Suunto App just gives an error. I tried re-pairing, reinstalling, clearing caches, data, etc.

I’ve noticed black panels of missing map areas sometimes when using the watch (vertical 2) which seems inconsistent in terms of at what zoom level it occurs, how long it takes to fill in the missing areas and when it happens. This can occur during an activity or when accessing maps from the menu. Hopefully this can be resolved in future updates. I’m sure I read of someone else having the same issue but can’t find that post anymore.

What happens when you reached the limit of personalized sport modes in the shortlist and then choose one of the preset sport modes ‘outside’ the shortlist as an activity on your watch? Will you loose the topmost of the personalized sport modes in the shortlist without any notification? Or is it preserved somewhere?

I too bought the Nautic for the air integration. I noticed it doesn’t handle 13 litres it also doesn’t handle 3 litres. Please can we have a comprehensive list of cylinder sizes or the ability to set a custom size. I have emailed support and they just said it doesn’t currently support it might in the future. That isn’t good enough frankly.

@Wei-Lun did you find a solution for this? Mine is stuck in a boot loop for 12 hours now.
