@Stephen-Kenny Iâve begun week four with a RaceS plus Polar H10 (old pod, new strap). No experience of cycling but the Run activities line up quite nicely between watch and app. I donât carry a phone/camera with me so had to memorize the numbers today: 1 hour 8 minutes run, Watch 53-something minutes Aerobic, 4m53s Anaerobic; SA 51m40s Aerobic, 5m13s Anaerobic. And the SA graph of the ZS Anaerobic peaks corresponds with when I saw the crossover on the watch.
Obviously people have different hardware when it comes to HR belts/straps but I wonder if we also differ in the DDFA algo âaffinityâ to our personal HRV system. Perhaps some people fall way outside of the model norm?
