@racesuser my measurements are pretty successful too… See below 2 swims, one year apart, first with the vertical, second withy Race S. Difference is marginal…

@Brad_Olwin good Morning @Brad_Olwin thats a very interesting Site. Thank you so much. 🥰 I dont train with RPE but after this article i think its necessary to learn this.
I’d rather correct the altitude manually if you know your altitude. It’s faster and more accurate when you know your reference point. Anyway, about barometer you may need to be more focused on trends more than exact value at time.
@far-blue
Thank you for your response! When I look at the watch on my wrist I can see de bottom touching my skin, there is no gap there. It is however possible to lift it by hand, about two millimeters.
So your explanation about the cadence could be the case. I will increase the pressure during activities to see if it makes any differences. The position on my wrist is correct.
@martin69 what is your firmware version?
just scroll up in the list of sports. Wheelchair is in the light green section together with skate boarding and roller ski etc.
@Михаил
The problem was solved, Suomi decided that not everyone can use their products. The VPN helped. Replaced Finland with Poland and changed the language >> The maps have been downloaded.
With crooked hands, it would be better to fix the pulse sensor and other jambs.
Not taking away your feature request, but hiding SSID has not really a security benefit. Especially as all the devices that you have connected with that hidden WiFi will try to connect to it everywhere you go and therefore ask for that SSID all the time, essentially announcing its existence everywhere…
@suzzlo the odd part is that there are suunto plus apps for reading di2, connecting smart glasses, connect e-bike and what not.
But having a cadence and speed sensor from garmin - that is not going to work.
@brechtvb thanks for your reply! i got the Race S one week ago (to replace the Vertical titanium that was too big - with that one I never had this problem). Thanks for the tip on the strap, I will try to replace it to see how it goes, usually when I’m indoors I wear it very snug and don’t move that much… but we’ll see.
@Francesco-Pagano said in Actual slope gradient detection.:
What about NGP? It’s displayed on the S+ Hill Reps app, why can’t I find it when customising a sport mode?
It is native on the Suunto Run and I’ve tested it, works well. Would love to have this come to other watches as well.
@Antti-Räty
Hi, i just wanted to come and tell an update:
My watch has performed very strong. First day i had some problems as i mentioned, but i also live deep in the woods. Im very satisfied with the watch overall. Gps is very precise. Hope this helps anybody who has gps troubles on first day.
@João-Monsanto
And please add Intervals!!
There’s an option of INTERVALS in RUNing Mode. We can insert 4x100 for example. Why dont suuntu Just add that option on swimming Mode!??
