@rvivasna Me too. When you connect the cable first to the computer and then to the watch, trainer battery level goes crazy if the contact between cable and Watch is goes wrong. This happen to me while i had a screen protector and the cable did not fit well. Do you have a screen protector?

I have the same issue with Ultra after the latest FW update. It happend to me 3 times already. Yesterday evening it happend while I was normaly wearing it, I am not aware of any ongoing sync with one of those apps. I was unable to connect my watch with cable as I didn’t have any with me. There is alwas arrow and two dots blinking on the screen and no combination of holding buttons doesn’t help. However, this morning it recovered itself and for now it seems that it works. I am becoming very frustrated as my Spartans are not reliable anymore. And there is no info about the fix. I have a race next week and I am affraid it could happening just before start. This is a very bad bug for me:)

@brad_olwin absolutely agree with you. My experiences from Germany are roughly the same. As soon as you have the ticket from support to send it back / to Suunto miracles happen. Touchscreen in Spartan Sport WHR without function - sent to Finland, repaired and returned to my place in only 4 days, free of charge. Button no longer woirk ed on my 6d - 4 days, repaired and returned free of charge, writing for the buttons for scratched (too easily) of the watch - repaired and returned free if charge. Best support for hardware ever. Parts of the support staff to communicate with at the beginning seem rather at least a little bit overwhelmed and not too knowledgeable about details after their helpfile/database ends.

@johnh that is ok. I would not worry about that. Its to protect the battery not to overload

@slash I use the quick release pins on straps designed for them, otherwise, if I like a band that is the non-quick release, say ostrich leather, or carbon fiber, something that’s not offered in quick release, I have the tools to remove the band if necessary. Just makes it easier to change more bands, is all. Either way, I’m good.

I removed the connection to my Account in Suuntolink and flashed the Firmware. No Data left now on the SSU. Worked fine. First i did the factory reset within Suuntolink but forgot to remove my Account there first

@darren_m If too much smoothing is incorporated you won’t see the real-time pace. So it is somewhat of a trade-off, a smooth graph will not reflect the actual changes. FusedSpeed attempts to help with this and I agree with the others.
