@windy ah, OK, problem is I never use do not disturb mode! So maybe it is a bug… And why would do not disturb mode have a dim backlight anyway? Don’t see the logic. Solved it, there is an ‘auto do not disturb’ button under sleep options, which is on by default.

Fortunately the battery drained faster than I expected and after charging the watch is back to normal operation. I don’t know whether it was the cause but I ended up deleting movescount app from my mobile, though I never had any problem with using both…

Hi. Strava changed its premium subscription ant now is more accesible the live segments feature to its owners. Others companies understood that point and mantain the live segments on their gps watches. Has suunto changed its mind? Or thinked about create its own version via HEATMAPS? THX

@giraffe73 nice. I mean nice of them to reply and not give you some generic answer. The trainer battery is not as good as published from my own experience… But its not the first company that does this.

I let my battery drain dead and charged it again but the behavior kept the same, yesterday I used the watch only 3 hous in GPS mode (good) and it went to 48%. My watch is new, only 4 months and I don’t believe its related to hardware or battery issue. Well, I’ll open a ticket on customer support.

I get 30% less steps than before, but I think in the past I got too many. The direction is right, but would like the algorithm a bit less aggressive.

@marianciu said in Not switch to next lap: Problem not exist - I had enabled auto lap and it causes the problem. I know, there is a big issue for understandability of the fields here, as you could see: [image: 1548332403844-f4b877d1-032b-47e3-b252-d3fdb377183f-image.png] “Average pace” is clear and short “Pace” is clear and short too But here start the problems: “Lap avg. pace” doesn’t explain exactly it means just manual laps if you have deactivated prior auto laps, which seems understandable. “Interval avg. pace” has no sense, as there are other 2 interval screens specifically for intervals… And I’m not totally sure that you could control intervals if previously didn’t define a proper interval screen (not customizable). I think this is an improvement area for Suunto.

@ColdBeer that’s not what happened. The back light button simply stopped working, so I did a factory reset, but now can’t get by the walk through, since in the tutorial you have to press the back light (which is still not working).

Don’t know but I think there is interest in improving the swimming metrics for the Spartans.

@Yannis-Belouris Did you already open a ticket ? I suppose this has also something to do to high cal evaluation during activity By the way, re-flashing didn’t solved the issue.

@Zdeněk-Hruška For watch related bugs (not SA) the best action would be to log a support ticket with suunto support.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Another example a day before: Autolaps: 90+147+160+156+154+155+155+156 = 1173 / 8 = 146 Exactly the same number as average HR on the watch!

No more that button to light the screen and show you time of day. Just long push on bottom right button. Try it.
