2nd time i need to reset my BARO
I’ve had my BARO for 4 weeks. Now it’s the 2nd time it goes in black screen. It seems that it takes place every 14 days.
It is very frustrating when it happen. Last time was today. I was about to start a ride on bicykle. Just waiting for the heart strap to connect. I reached to see the heart strap connect and suddenly black screen.
The only way to get the watch turn on again, is to connect the watch to the computer and suunto. Every time it reset back to factory.
To me it seems like out of memory problems - Maybe related to movescount (ios) or suunto beta app (ios)
For now I have uninstalled the suunto beta app. To identify if the problem is there.
For me is it very clear that this is a software problem and not hardware.
Is there anyone who experiences the same?
I have the same issue with Ultra after the latest FW update. It happend to me 3 times already. Yesterday evening it happend while I was normaly wearing it, I am not aware of any ongoing sync with one of those apps. I was unable to connect my watch with cable as I didn’t have any with me. There is alwas arrow and two dots blinking on the screen and no combination of holding buttons doesn’t help.
However, this morning it recovered itself and for now it seems that it works.
I am becoming very frustrated as my Spartans are not reliable anymore. And there is no info about the fix. I have a race next week and I am affraid it could happening just before start. This is a very bad bug for me:)
