@Stefan-B Before buying a new belt, you could check: There are posts here that say one can reset the sensor by inserting the battery upside down (that is, reversed polarity). I’m not sure that is officially documented by Suunto but I would try that in your case. If your strap has a black area where the sensor connects, you could get the new redesigned strap that has a grey contact area.

@GiPFELKiND said in No Vo2 max: @zhang965 ! 2 runs and the vo2max is shown on my race… I was very long time in Zone 4 and 5 is this the reason why other users didnt see their vo2max?! I believe you have to spent some Training time in Higher zones to get your vo2max IMG_20240109_194918.jpg I’m not a 16min/km runner All my runs are between zone 4 and 5

@DrSilverthorn I think I did not because I had more than 50%… I did a hard reset and everything is fine so far… Next time I’ll put it on the charger as you said. Thanks for the tip

@Roope The CTL and TSB can be a day behind on the watch. This is a known bug and will be fixed with the next update.

@Theo-Lakerveld said in Software update 2.30.32: According to my opinion, the S9P is WAY MORE beautiful. I really like the S9P design. I also think the SSU that I used before the S9P was nicer. But that’s irrelevant and subjective. I agree it is subjective, and I also agree with your „ranking“. The SSU, S9B Ti, S9P and S9PP had much cleaner looks than their successors SV and SR. I am probably very picky, I already did not like the bezel of the S9B non-Ti, so I don’t find it irrelevant . I know Suunto cannot please everyone but I’m surprised how the latest models look, and I hope there will be cleaner models again. It would be nice to have a chat with the Suunto Design department, just out of curiosity.

@Stefan-B Mine is not registering naps when I watch TV…perhaps you need to watch something more exciting:). just joking! Do you have autoDND set for when you are watching TV? If so, I would disable that and set later to see if that helps. That is about all I can think of.

@Olaf-Gottschalk I do not think this is a huge problem, you may not have had a complete sync with the watch when you first looked at the app. It almost always does work in the background. The data are not “wrong” as your watch may have thought that you had woken up earlier, perhaps you were moving around in your sleep. Personally, I would take all of these metrics cautiously. If you are planning training based on what your watch is telling you IMHO you are entirely misguided. It is fine to use the information to help guide you but I believe nothing is better than your body and brain at making decisions regarding sleep, restfulness and your ability to exercise.

There is interval time and lap time. Interval only works with autolap, for manual laps, you have to use use lap time (same thing for distance).

@Brad_Olwin Unfortunately, Stryd only offers syncing planned workouts (e.g., from its training plans) on the Apple Watch and Garmins. For Suunto, Polar and Coros, Stryd only supports importing activities into its platform after the fact. More information can be found here: https://help.stryd.com/en/articles/6879452-can-i-do-structured-workouts-on-suunto-or-polar# I think that this is a pity!
