@Sebastian-Wagner-0 you may want to contact support, I have not had this happen except once when the HR did not record even though it was set on. Are you getting HR recorded and just no HRV? I see yes, I would contact support,

@Clément-Lavabre It is obvious in this comparison, on one side the 9 baro and on the other the Race 9 baro [image: 1708192121836-screenshot_20240217-173233.jpg] And Race [image: 1708192136909-screenshot_20240217-172835.jpg] In movement, the precision of the Race is correct, without being excellent. The 9 baro is very precise. It’s when it stops that it gets bad. We see the flatness of the curve on the 9 baro while the Race varies constantly. This is how I end up with a lot more elevation

@Swaddy61 Hmmm yeah, wouldn’t it be more accurate that the normal range should change but as @Matúš and @wmichi have stated but over a longer time period. Similar to how the Fitness (CTL) changes and progresses over a longer consistent time?

@David-l said in Something went wrong: @OnlyoneKenobi It looks like the device wasn’t restarted - had this last week. Yeah may be… I’m contacting support today, I’ve been trying to recharge the SR since yesterday but watch doesn’t want to hear about it, it is stopped to 12% even if recharging lightning however is shown. I attach the photos taken from the watch of yesterday’s activity [image: 1707982935183-05fca31f-1d60-4fd0-8f90-94b2c6d3cfbf_1_105_c.jpeg] [image: 1707982935224-e1ab8d88-1aa6-4102-a8f6-d2c199222385_1_105_c.jpeg] [image: 1707982983246-a3ee9fdd-fbeb-4574-95b2-6a5b6a6a2d76_1_105_c.jpeg] the mystery deepens, I checked the trace of my Garmin edge and it reports the same anomaly at this point I doubt that SR is to blame [image: 1707987633367-photo-2024-02-15-09-51-10.jpg]

I really don’t read too much into it beyond how long I slept. There is wide variability in how different watches report on sleep phases. On top of that there is the artificial sleep score, sleep debt, sleep recommendations, etc. Again, it’s a magic eight ball as far as I’m concerned. But interesting and I’m curious how different companies will refine it in the future.

@sartoric @Simon-Corne additionally, try to let the watch use the entire battery with a dummy activity on the balcony until it shuts down by itself, fully charge it and observe. if it’s still the same -> contact customer service sorry, just saw you’ve tried it already… so customer support immediately

@David-l said in Proposal to change UI for Suunto Race: I’d really like the ability to turn off vibration alert for notifications but still have it on for laps whilst in sport mode. Oh and be able to read the screen with just 2 data fields please seconding this: having the vibration on in sports mode is very useful, as when you train in quite noisy environments it’s quite difficult hearing beeps… It could be also useful having the possibility to change (most of the time: increase) the volume of sound alerts during sport modes.

@isazi Ok thank you! Just modified my pace and power zones to be more in line with what I feel and hopefully there won’t be any other problems for categorizing the runs. But I still think it would be great to have the ability to modify them afterwards on the app just in case, because other people could have the same problem as I had. I guess I can’t modify the categorization of my last run after having synced the watch with the new zones and the app?

@savvase I have noticed whilst testing new sports modes (on SR) that even with wrist HR turned off in the settings it still defaults to on if a HR belt isn’t detected quickly enough. Before starting the activity you can confirm which is in use by the icon at the top of the ‘start’ screen (heart with wings is HR belt or just heart for wrist HR), I haven’t found a way of confirming which is in use during an activity though… Maybe it lost connection to your Polar belt & started using wrist instead ?
