      I think that the raise to wake doesn’t work properly. It has three modes: off, screen only, ready to use. If I have always on display OFF, then screen only and ready to use modes turn the screen fully on so there isn’t any difference between the two modes. If AOD is ON, screen only mode does nothing. AOD dim state is on even if I turn my wrist. And if AOD is on, ready to use mode turns screen fully on.
      The guide says that screen only mode should turn on the screen and pressing a button would activate all.

        yes, that is exactly how it is supposed to work.
        I think there’s a mismatch between expectations or what means screen (time) or entire watchface

        edit: my apologies, I needed to read your comment again. if you tested the different modes, you need to be sure the watch goes in touch inactive mode, before you raise it again. it is a different state than screen off only (if you know what I mean?)
