Well, not normally monitored after a few days of observation, I still lack 2-4 hours at the end of the night for whatever reason. I hope the future update will fix most of the bugs because I just bought the watch 2 weeks ago and this is not giving me a good image…

@MeazzaS9 Hey mate nah it’s been like this for a while. Haven’t tried hard reset. Going to try drain to 0% and charge to 100% first like a few here reccomended.

@gone-troppo this happened to me, linked below. I sent my watch in under warranty and they replaced it with a new unit, which works fine now. Sadly, the one that broke was made in Finland and the replacement was made in China. All companies update their apps at some point, none of them is asking the users. How many versions of one app a company should keep alive to please every user?

@Deaknquinn1979 @Max-maxilifeguard @Egika I am not a current Vertical owner, but it is a watch I seriously interested in purchasing. I have a current Garmin Instinct and much to Deak’s point, I don’t need all the surf data, but tidal data is a great help as a surfer and a paddleboarder. Additionally, any surf data now for beaches is a paid service. As I seek to purchase a Vertical here within the next 30 days, I feel it would be a great software update for the watch as a screen users can scroll to get data. It does not need to be a constant on the face of the watch, but like all sport/information options, one at the fingertips.

Thank you for your feedback. Having seen the rumors, I don’t really want to buy a vertical V1 if the V2 comes out in a few weeks. (like at the UTMB??) It’s not easy. Especially since they will certainly have updated the heart sensor for example. The current features are perfect for my use. Running, trail to but especially the itinerant hike for which I have need for reliability, latency-free mapping and possibly solar charging. I don’t know if titanium brings much apart from comfort if you wear the watch at night. And finally the MiP screen! I hate the amoled on my Fenix 8. I feel like I have a black brick on my wrist.

Requiring internet for such basic route (just a gpx file) management is a huge, even ridiculous, mistake.

@Snow-and-Rock have this very often, as well. Duplicate entry disappears after a while. I‘ve got used to it

I expect trail visibility regression on the maps to be addressed. This should have been fixed immediately without waiting 3 months for the next update. If that isn’t fixed I’ll be very disappointed. Ideally I’d also want map contrast improvements and improvements of the climb guidance feature which is nearly useless on rolling terrain with moderate hills where it seems fairly random and doesn’t reflect the actual terrain. Finally, I’d like the glitchy route auto-reversal to be addressed or perhaps eliminated and replaced with a menu command.

@Brad_Olwin Never had this issue before but I uninstalled some watch faces and after that I wasn’t able to install new ones. It gives me the option to uninstall the new watch faces, but they are not on my watch nor in the “My Suuntoplus watchfaces” list. I tried everything from clearing cache, Reboot phone and watch but nothing works. Is this still a bug and is it confirmed/resolved by Suunto as of today?
