@Monty-77 Hi, there is no possibility in Suunto. I believe that it is not necessary to set up 6 zones. If you know what the goal of the zone is than you should be able to function without it.
I think that the workaround could be to create a structured workout and set up exactly the ranges you need to hold for the time/distance as prescribed (your missing zone basically)
@JonasLarsson some users were complaining that Suunto watches were counting small random wrist movements as steps too often. The algorithm was tweaked and there’s been a significant drop in the step count since. S9 didn’t get this update. I guess there’s still some tweaking to be done.
@Egika When the watch is lying totally still, it will switch off the screen regardless of any setting.
Correct. So, I would kindly request to have an option to have always-on display even when watch is not moving at all.
@vinc14 You do not need a personal sport mode, just activate the S+ app in the exercise. The manual will help you.
The app will compare identical runs. Here is a comparison of one of mine.

@Gilles-D le nombre de tours ne correspond pas à la répétition…
Si tu fais 3x8x30-30… Il faut faires des calculs pour savoir combien il en reste.
Avec intervals.icu l’écran est parfait…
@larrybbaker that is the technique I use now and it does seem stressful.
But I still find the implications very poor, a slight knock and it is out of alignment.
The older Suunto clip charger like the Traverse had was secure and not dependent on magnetic attraction.
Luckily we don’t have to charge very often and the Vertical charges quickly.
@vinc14 The start time is in the app, in each workout. Between your user name and the watch model. But I also don’t know where to find the other information:
end time
accumulated pauses during workout
