SYNCHRONIZATION

Hello,
So far I never had any problem of synchronization of activities with the Vertical towards Suunto application on my phone… until i did UTMB with 42h58 with a Friday departure and arrival on Sunday. Synchronization does not work only for this activity… Today, my bicycle ride to the office, was synchronized as usual without any pb!
I did a soft reset, new link between watch and phone, without success for the 43 hours activity….
I was using personalized Trail activity program, with 3 maps.
Any suggestion why it is not working?

Sorry to hear that and congratulations on UTMB. I imagine this is frustrating. While not frequent there are reports on these forums of longer activities not syncing. In the listed link above someone suggested maybe using a different phone OS like iPhone if you used Android.
Also I recall some people have had luck uninstalling the Suunto App and then reinstalling and syncing with watch. Others unfortunately haven’t had luck with that.
As if now there isn’t a recover or export tool for that activity on your watch.
