@darren_m If too much smoothing is incorporated you won’t see the real-time pace. So it is somewhat of a trade-off, a smooth graph will not reflect the actual changes. FusedSpeed attempts to help with this and I agree with the others.

I highly doubt any changes to this will come, can’t even recall when the latest update for the Spartans was.

@JuanPh, no, it’s not there on Spartan Sport. Would be nice but double tap is good enough for me.

@mountainChris Searched this forum for the issue and it seems that this issue with multiple sets of intervals not showing up properly in SA is actually an issue with FW. According to another thread this was fixed for S9 a long time ago so my guess is that with Spartan series this will go unfixed until the bitter end.

@TELE-HO well, in fact H10 can sync stored HR data, but only with Polar App. It won’t sync stored data to any other device or application than Polar app. I have no personal experience, but at least, this is what I read in specification for H10.

I have the same problem too. On custom made open water swimming, distance stays at 0meters ( with swim distance) . On basic mode works fine.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos I checked in once more in Suunto App and on my S9 Baro, but I am unable to find any datafield that shows pressure. Also a graph display in sports mode isn’t an option. and Barometer trends in the watch face…couldn’t find it.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos yes, power saving is OK for my need. I was experimenting with airplane mode as well, and forgot to turn it off. On my next run I was surprised that I had no HR readings, was suspecting the belt until I realized that airplane mode was still on.

Hi. Strava changed its premium subscription ant now is more accesible the live segments feature to its owners. Others companies understood that point and mantain the live segments on their gps watches. Has suunto changed its mind? Or thinked about create its own version via HEATMAPS? THX

@andré-faria said in GPS track "open water swimming" much longer: @yurgo said in GPS track "open water swimming" much longer: @renton82 said in GPS track "open water swimming" much longer: @yurgo Which Garmin does she use? All 945/Fenix 6 and i think all Garmin with Sony chip tend to understimate distance when set up in open water swim mode as i tested in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M88WksWOn1w She uses Fenix 5s. We swam many times at places where i exactly know how long track was. It could easy be checked by maps. As well as we raced at competitions where the the distances were approved and checked by GPS. Every time I faced with much less stable distance measurement than her watches and than real distance. Usually spartan shows more distance and very shaped track. The problem with OWS tracking lasts for some years. Why doesn’t anyone pay attention for this situation? Maybe because it is techinically difficult to solve (just a guess!). On garmin forums there is a lot of complains also about that topic on various watches. Maybe youre right. But I am suprpised why difference is so high between two devices. I practice the only swimming and this type of activity is very important for me so i feel disappointed every time when checking my results at OW. However I enjoy using spartan at pool training to be honest.

@Jamie-BG I did it directly in the Movescount. I was suprised, when I connected after at least one year, there are still these datas… [image: 1603459485293-37f624d5-a35a-4545-bb8d-7223fecdf0bf-obrazek.png] The exact points I made firstly at the mapy.cz [image: 1603459767437-a3dbf437-8dba-4c78-b70a-185e434fc685-obrazek.png]

I’m having the exact same issue and with a Suunto 9 Baro, supposedly their flagship watch of a few years back. It’s not a heart rate strap issue. Before starting the activity the heart rate reading is accurate, the moment I start the activity the reading is 35% odd lower. The moment I pause the activity, the reading is accurate again. Have you found a solution? It’s driving me mad. I feel let down by Suunto.
