At some point in the last few weeks the touch element of my screen seems to have stopped functioning. Sure, I can use the buttons for some things but several screens don’t have back buttons and I can’t access things like temperature without it. Am I missing a setting somewhere? There’s nothing obviously ticked that shouldn’t be.

Maybe it’s heard me saying it would go under a bus if Movescount was switched off and it got upset…

Unlikely: it’s clearly not as sensitive as it used to be. Not that touchy any more. Etc.

Haha, brilliant, if entirely unhelpful! 😆

@Ennoch I’m sure you already tried a restart, but if nothing else work maybe a full reset? Or try with support, they may know more.

I don’t think you can restart the Spartan. However I did do a reset, twice, and then it worked fine. Not entirely sure why it took two resets but I’m back to the screen working correctly, and it seems to have sped up scrolling between menus too so that’s a minor win.

The downside is that it’s reset a load of the settings. Not the end of the world aside from it seems to give co-ordinates as degrees rather than OS so I’ll need to have a hunt to work out where that’s changed as it’s a long time since I last had to amend it.
