Problem with saving activities

Recently, it has happened to me several times that my watch (Spartan Ultra) was not able to save completed activity. The following message appears: Saving… and everything freezes. And, in fact, it doesn’t freezing, but falls into loops because the animation is active and it goes round and round. I left the watch like this for a few hours once, but nothing has changed - it kept displaing: Saving…
Only resetting the device helps, the previously performed training is unfortunately not saved.
Anyone met with something like this before? -
