@binoworld-uk The S7 is built on a completely different platform than all other Suunto watches. Not reasonable to compare them.

Now it’s clear for me I don’t know for why I imagined something different about how is calculated, even when I read superficially about the TSS when it’s launched on SA. I don’t know, I imagined something that if the activity is cycling, speed is 0 and HR is < 100 = no activity is doing and this did not take in consideration this segment, yes, only on my head happened this. Time to read in deep about TSS and use the pause more frequently for more accurate results Thank you again!

@olymay I activated Gfit on my watch and the numbers on the Suunto tile are exactly the same as Gfit I guess there is no reason to activate another app if the Suunto tile is accurate.

@flypg I really hope so mate! If a decent number of S7 users request the feature then surely Suunto will pay attention and hopefully include it in the next update.

@aeroild I installed Barotrend and it seems to be stuck on absolute pressure! When you press the option to adjust Sea level it goes black and nothing happens? I think it’s about time Suunto push an update to S7 with a new tile for Baro/Altimeter. The watch has Barometer ready crying for a tile and a watch face I think we need to make some noise about this feature. S9 has it why not S7?! Cheers

@p3079 when you reset you do not lose the updates you have done, you just lose any data etc on the watch - so make sure that you sync prior to doing this step. Once you have done it, you will have pair the watch to your new phone, which will initiate the whole set up process again. If you have correctly set yourself up most if not all your details should be backed up and should come through when your set up. All you should need to do is install any apps that you previously installed and want to keep on the watch.

@optics-field-test You need the app on both phone and watch and on the watch you need to be in the developer mode with ADB debugging enabled. I think the phone and watch connect via wifi. I don’t think the watch needs to be connected to the phone via the Wear OS app. Anyway, let’s hope it doesn’t need to.
