@Eldin-Besirevic Nothings as been said about the firstbeat features but who knows. I would like to have that data, at least in Suunto app.

@Steve-Champagne so far, you need to install a third party sleep tracking app.

@Sarah-Gribble “alternative supplier” called aliexpress. Can’t judge about the quality in general, but the strap I bought is pretty good. The only thing I notice are quite big cast partingline seams… I must say that I normally prefer to buy original parts, but the colors I was looking for were not available from Suunto.

@Bulkan Yes I agree the apps are a personal preference, I really meant to say the other apps are only better because all the data is in one app essentially. I love the Suunto App but having to switch to Fit for some stuff was not a great experience.

My sync with iOS depends. Sometimes is lightning fast and sometimes I have to remember to open the app for it to download the workout.

@amasidlover said in Fear and loathing in Amsterdam: or Garmin will add a WearOS co-process to a Fenix… As one friend of mine used to say, it it were that simple, it would be sitting on a shelf at Walmart for $3. Fenix is incompatible with WearOS from the ground up. Basically, Garmin would have to abandon what they currently have and spend upward of a year or two catching up to where Suunto is here and now. Worse still, having all these bells and whistles, aka features, means a bulk of them will have to be ported too. Otherwise, it ain’t be Garmin. Look at the flak Suunto is getting for leaving features out of Suunto 7. Imagine tenfold of it for Garmin. Worse still, they can’t just abandon ConnectIQ and will have to continue to bleed cash on it because it already made its way into Forerunner and other series. For now Fenix and other high-end watches underwrite further development. It will become a much tougher proposition once left to mostly Forerunner line.

@Kai-Liu adb shell pm list packages -d | cut -d ':' -f 2 | tr -d '\r' | xargs -L1 -t adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 With this command you can unistall all deactivated packages at once (linux pc and bash). Works via USB or WLAN connected S7.

Did the initial company statement specify whose “satisfaction” would be “guaranteed”? I imagine Suunto enjoy making sales.

@Gareth-Stockdale There’s a sync from Movescount to Suunto (if you connected the two) but not in the opposite direction. If you still need to have things in MC, I recommend a third party app like PhoneGap or SyncMyTracks.

@Kai-Liu Suunto 7 does not have this ability. Searching the forum would have answered the question. https://forum.suunto.com/topic/3943/how-to-send-routes-to-suunto-7
