Did you try a soft reset ?
Check the AGPS info in settings to see if are up to date

Yes, but obviously only if you still have it on the watch.
You should uninstall / reinstall, so you’ll re-sync the watch

If you need a step tracker buy a step tracker
Unfortunately every watch isn’t perfect in step counting … since you wear it on the wrist 😁
Some a little less bouncy, some are more , and it’s stated (I guess in the manual too ) that step counting is more an “active life” estimation

Anyway this topic has ben already discussed several times, so please search one of the previous and continue the discussion there.
