And as a “reliable” partner, Suunto decided to remove this feature and throw it to trash for A3 owners , except with Suunto Apps, which is something really different in easy to use terms function. So yes, when Suunto removes some valuable features on the Ambit line, we can see that S9 does almost everything that ambit does.

    Bonjour, Oui sans problème, il faut juste le bon câble et installer DM5 sur l’ordi. Attention cependant, DM5 ne transfère pas les infos vers l’App Suunto. Fabrice

    @jenlun1 Being a Suunto user for a long time and having used 3 of their watches I can only agree with your opinion. I honestly tried the Suunto App for 2 months and found it lacking when compared to Movescount. Having logged close to 1700 activities in Movescount and then forced to switch to SA was a poor experience. In addition Movescount was an all in one app that did not require you to sign up to other third party apps in order to analyze my metrics. Suunto strategy going forward is very questionable and they have lost me as a repeat customer. Will definitely be looking for more user friendly watches & apps once my Ambit no longer works.

    I’ve done the 5-button reset, then 4 dashes appear, but it doesn’t clear the logbook. The “force firmware update” in Moveslink2 did the job. Thanks for the tip regarding the logbook margusl. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IotsnNmpAag

    I have the same problem (with Spartan Sport + app 4.31.0), I can see my Run but not synch with strava and impossible to get the fit file. The solution is to remove the data + cache of the application and restart the app. It’s not serious for Suunto. One year ago, this issue existed…

    Hi Dimitrios. thanks it is a manual fit export from Suunto app to Strava. The graph above looks accurate.

    @JackB after syncing to MC will be closed down, you will be able to use Suuntolink or the app to send your activities to the Suunto cloud. From the app you can setup connections to third party services.
