Missing moves after connecting Movescount to Suunto App

Re: Movescount transfer to Suunto APP
I have connected Movescount to the Suunto App for two different watches and two Movescount / SA pairs. The transfers are supposedly complete (emails were received), but both Suunto Apps are missing a number of activities from late November. These moves show up on Movescount and in the watch logbook. How can I correct the issue?
